What areas do you service?

We are headquartered in San Francisco but service the entire Greater Bay Area! That includes the North Bay into Marin, Napa, Petaluma and Mill Valley, the East Bay into Oakland, Walnut Creek, San Leandro, Antioch and Pleasanton, San Francisco, the peninsula, and South Bay going towards San Carlos, Redwood City, Los Gatos, and San Jose and many other cities in between!

Do you service residential spaces?

No. We do not service occupied residential properties for maid and cleaning services. We only assist with post-construction cleanups at newly renovated residential homes that are not occupied.

 

Do you offer recurring services or one-time deep cleaning services?

Both! We complete one-time deep cleanings, post construction cleanings and single sanitation sessions as well as routine, recurring services for all commercial properties. Whether you’re looking for a deep cleaning of a warehouse, annual maintenance projects, 1x/week office cleaning or daily restaurant services, we’ve got you covered!

 

Do I have to sign a specific contract term date to receive service with you?

No. You can sign a contract for however frequent you would like to receive service at your facility. We only require a 30-day termination notice when seizing service with Cappstone.

 

How can I pay my bill?
