What areas do you service?

We are headquartered in San Francisco but provide services for the entire Greater Bay Area! That includes the North Bay into Marin, Napa, Petaluma, and Mill Valley, the East Bay into Oakland, Walnut Creek, SanLeandro, Antioch and Pleasanton, San Francisco, the peninsula, and South Bay going towards San Carlos, Redwood City, Los Gatos, and San Jose and many other cities in between!

Do you provide residential services?

No. We do not provide services for occupied residential properties. We only assist with post-construction services at newly renovated residential homes that are not occupied.


Do you offer recurring services or one-time facility services?

Both! We can connect you to our network of vendors and act as your one point of contact for one-time service sessions as well as routine, recurring services for all commercial properties. Whether you’re looking for annual maintenance projects, 1x/week office cleaning, or daily restaurant services, we will connect you with the right vendor partners to assist you with your needs!


Do I have to sign a specific contract term date to receive service with you?

No. You can sign a contract for however frequently you would like to receive service at your facility. We only require a 30-day termination notice when seizing service with Cappstone.


How can I pay my bill?
