The Preventative Maintenance module allows regularly scheduled work to be associated to equipment, staff and accounts. This provides the Maintenance Manager with a record of accountability and the information required to forecast budgets and labor requirements.

Preventative maintenance tasks are defined for each asset standard. Any changes to those default tasks are automatically reflected in each asset’s maintenance schedule. Assets can also be grouped together
by location, department and asset type so that their scheduled work orders are generated at the same time

For maintenance staff, a single form provides a list of pending PM’s that are assigned to them. They can print their PM’s, complete PM work orders, record metering results and submit additional work requests if their findings result in the need for additional services.

For the Maintenance Manager, a single administration form provides a global view of all pending PM’s and allows them to be re-assigned, skipped or additional PM’s added within the schedule.
