As new conditions arise, the Maintenance Manager can record multiple resolutions with varying costs and results, allowing the Facilities Manager to weigh those options within the capital infrastructure plan.
An assets age and life cycle determine when and how thoroughly a condition assessment is performed. The result is a survey schedule that balances the time available to conduct condition surveys with assets more likely to require evaluation.
